Walking Football Coaching Hartlepool Borough Council Sports Development Department

Brandon and James volunteer at Brierton Sports Centre, through Hartlepool Borough Council’s Sports Development Volunteering Programme. They carry out a wide and varied range of duties including setting up equipment, keeping time and refereeing. They also enjoy participating in a game of Walking football with members of the sports centre. Jaz Bradley, Volunteer Co-ordinator said ‘ I have same a big increase in both Brandon and James’s confidence levels, they get on well with all staff and are eager to learn new things.’
