We are thrilled to announce that Catcote Academy has been crowned the Regional School Winner at the Art Bytes competition with Millie’s stunning Basquiat portrait!
Our celebration was held at The Arts Centre in Washington, where the hospitality was fantastic, such a beautiful gallery that offers a vibrant creative space for all ages. Students had the incredible opportunity to attend a workshop led by the exhibiting artists, inspiring creativity and engagement across school communities.
A huge thank you to Millie’s family for attending and sharing in her creative achievement, your love and support really shone through, Millie could not have done it without you too!
Millie received a range of art supplies to continue her passion of drawing. Also, well done to Connor and Nate for securing 2nd and 3rd place respectively, fantastic team effort!
