James, one of STEPs learners, our pathway to independence and employment has signed a paid contract with West View Lodge Care Home Marton Care Homes. James finished his time with Catcote in September and has continued to go in for his shifts, showing his resilience and commitment to his work. We have loved watching James’s journey and see him grow in confidence and work skills that he can transfer to home.
West View Lodge Care Home have supported our learners for several years now and given them amazing opportunities. We would like to thank all the staff for their continued support and seeing the potential of our learners. We look forward to our continued partnership with them.
