A Sixth Form student from our red pathway, Maddy started her first shift @Big Bamboo Restaurant. Maddy embraced all tasks that were given to her with a cheerful ‘can do’ attitude! She prepared salads, made refreshments, kept the kitchen clean and tidy adhering to all health and safety procedures. Maddy really enjoyed working in this busy kitchen with her job coach Debbie and is really looking forward to continuing to further develop her skills in this sector.
