Four Students from our 6th form are back gaining work experience in our Catcote Metro Store in Middleton Grange Shopping Centre.
Declan and Jack both really enjoyed their first day on work experience working in our Catcote Metro shop. They carried out a wide range of tasks including serving customers, handling cash, using the till and restocking shelves.
Phoebe and Leah also enjoyed playing ‘shop bingo’ noting the product code and checking it against the stock book!
Although all were slightly nervous initially, their confidence increased throughout the day. All showed great communication skills, demonstrating positive body language and good eye contact with customers!
A very productive couple of days, showing themselves to be very confident, smart and ready for the world of work!~
