Amy from our Brierton Sixth Form site started her work placement at McDonald’s, Marina Way, Hartlepool.
Amy was very confident and demonstrated excellent customer service skills whilst working in the dining area where she was job shadowed a crew member.
Amy helped customers to use the self service machines to place their orders and served food to their tables once orders were ready.
Amy would like to gain further experience operating the till and preparing food. Watch this space as Amy’s journey progresses.
