Jessica continues her work placement working in Middleton Grange Shopping Centre. Jessica absolutely loves this placement and it gives her the opportunity to develop her skills in customer services, communication and team work.
She enjoyed working alongside staff from the cleaning and maintenance team where she worked really hard to maintain the cleanliness within the town centre.
Jess is always enthusiastic and polite to staff and customers alike.
