As part of their preparation for work related learning lesson, S2 visited Glady’s Vintage Tea Room in Seaton. Students asked staff about some of the things involved in their job roles. Nicole asked when the busiest time of the day was, Sophie asked how many hours the staff worked, Thomas asked if staff got a free dinner and Tom asked what type of cakes they sold. The class had a lovely morning looking at war memorabilia, discussing the wartime menu, trying on hats and having a go of the air raid siren.
