Dylan is transitioning from our sixth form college to our STEPs pathway. Dylan is eventually wanting to live independently and get paid employment. Our STEPs programme will support Dylan every step of the way, from working with him in the classroom to achieve his qualifications, to providing travel training so that he can travel independently to the classroom and work placements.
Dylan has begun his first work experience at The Greenside, Hartlepool. He is learning invaluable social and work skills and is working closely with both his job coach and Ali the manager. Ali is helping him see the various different roles in the business and is going to support him in his training. We would like to thank all the staff at The Greenside for supporting him in his work placement and seeing the potential that our learners have.
