Last academic year Lillie from 6th form gained an internal work placement at Catcote Academy, which focused on her passion and abilities working with students with a variety of needs. From this Lillie now accesses an external work placement this academic year at footprints day nursery.
She is enjoying working and engaging with young children, helping to support the staff and willing to complete any task given to her. This week Lillie helped to prepare stimulating activities for the baby room as well as help set up the beds ready nap time.
