The STEPs employability pathway is working in partnership with the fantastic Royal Museum Navy Museum on Hartlepool Historic Quay this year.
Four of our students will be working 2-hour shifts each weekly in various roles within museum as part of their work experience programme. Wendy Clarke met with them last week to give them a tour of the areas they will be working in. The STEPs students will be job coached and supported by two of the STEPs team Helen and Sue.
The students are so enthusiastic about this new employability venture, made possible by, the fantastic partnership work with Gemma Honour busy coordinating from Portsmouth and the lovely and Simon Walsh coordinating on site in Hartlepool. Thank you!
