Maddie continues to develop her catering skills at The Big Bamboo. This is her second placement in the Catering sector, alongside The Vestry Cafe.
The Big Bamboo is a very popular and busy Cafe, Maddie is coping really well with the fast pace of this environment. Maddie likes to be kept busy and is always happy to help customers and to undertake any task given to her with a smile!
